Classes

Whether you're a beginner or an athlete , all are welcome in my friendly non judgement zone classes, we are all here to learn and get fit together!

CLASS TYPE BREAKDOWN-

​

MUM'S GROUP- mum's only group fitness where you'll train different areas of you body at a low level of conditioning , prams and child friendly too so no need for a creche! Meet other mums and socialise in our mum's group. * Must be 6 months postpartum.

​

ZEN SOUND THERAPY- A beautiful relaxing calming session of crystal chakra singing bowls with guided meditation and somatic stretching for the ultimate stress buster. Come switch off for an hour of pure self care bliss.

​

BODY CONDITIONING- All abilities welcome , this class caters for all levels of fitness for those wanting to build strength and endurance or focusing on compound movements and muscle endurance. This is a great add on if your are already into sports training. A relaxed and fun atmosphere all you need to worry about is how much you'll sweat ( or not).

​

BUGGYBOXFIT-  All abilities welcome in this women's group.  Get in touch today. Prams and tiddler friendly no need for a creche! Boxing drills, exercise circuits-  the best kind of stress busting workout there is!. Come and have a laugh. NO pram? No problem- anyone who is a carer or parent can come and meet other parents in this sociable environment and train with like minded folk. It is advised to bring your own covers and pads as they do get very very sweaty and you are required to share if you do not have your own set.

EARLY MORNING STRENGTH AND CONDITION CIRCUIT- Yup, 6:45 a.m.. early start to your day and a great way to wake up and train pre school run or work. Get it out the way for the day and feel amazing. What's best is you're inside too! Mixed abilities welcome!

​

EVENING BOXFIT- An evening class for all abilities, come and learn how to spar box and bust some stress , classes will be a mix of circuits and drills designed to get you fit, strong , improve endurance and punch your way to happiness - the buzz you'll get is like no other. A welcoming environment in a social setting. 

. It is advised to bring your own covers and pads as they do get very very sweaty and you are required to share if you do not have your own set.
